Our course \u201cBurr-free machining\u201d is designed for your operators in charge of programming and setting up lathes and milling machines.
The aim of training is really to machine without burrs in almost all cases, even in stainless steel.
The \"Burr-Free Machining\" training course is aimed at set-up operators\/programmers, bar turners and milling machine operators.<\/p>\n

Firstly, a reminder of the techniques for machining extreme parts, and then, for each type of machining, the study of the creation of burrs and how to avoid them with solutions in the form of sketches.\u00a0<\/p>\n

TRAINING N\u00b02 : STAINLESS STEEL MACHINING 24\/24<\/h1>\n

This training course explains and provides solutions that allow machining in 6 microns of precision in diameter (cpk1.33) and N5 in surface condition in 24-hour production in non-sulphur stainless steel. These stainless steel machining solutions are the result of qualifying tests on more than 300 tools and parameters over a period of 3.5 months on a full time machine.<\/p>\n
