FBO Engineering supports or manages the implementation of a watch manufacturing facility subsection or of an entire manufacturing unit. 

Dependent on your requirements, FBO will counsel you or manage the selection of technologies, equipment and consumables, while offering processes for machine setup, production monitoring, staff training and real-life implementation of your production. The project will cover your industrial requirements for the production and assembly of the whole spectrum of watch components.

The project ends when the product starts to leave the factory, in the desired speed and quality, with all the necessary staff and know-how.
